Doug is a top-producing executive who has more than 30 years of diverse financial experience in the areas of cost reduction, process improvement, company start up, acquisition, and general management. Eric brings more than 12 years of financial services experience as a financial planner, registered investment advisor, and manager at various independent broker/dealers as well as several Fortune 500 insurance companies. Eric last served as a manager of financial services, a position in which he supervised 40 representatives and was responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching a team of financial services professionals.

Carl brings over 10 years direct sales and management experience specializing in commercial banking and investment management. Carl was a top sales producer with Wachovia, Wells Fargo and PNC Banks. Carl also served as CFO for a Multi-Million dollar utility contractor serving the tri-state area where he had direct experience facing the cash flow struggles of a rapidly growing company and the limited resources available to them. Over that time Carl successfully managed production from less than 1mm to 8mm in sales over 3 years while developing several strategic partnerships with Banks and investors. She was an Associate Manager for Prudential, where she supervised 75 representatives, performing all compliance functions for the branch. She began her career as a stockbroker for Salomon Smith Barney and later moved to compliance and operations.

Since April 2012, Paul has held his Series 28 (Introducing Broker-Dealer Financial and Operations Principal) license in serving as part-time Financial Operations Principal of Ariane Capital Partners, LLC, a registered broker dealer providing fundraising services to private equity, hedge, and mutual fund managers. From 2000-2007, Paul served as Chief Financial Officer of Citco Mutual Fund Services and as Financial Operations Principal of its wholly owned subsidiary, Citco Mutual Fund Distributors. There, he was responsible for financial statement preparation for internal reporting purposes as well as reporting for external auditors. He also was responsible for the monitoring of cash and calculation and collection of receivables from the company’s mutual fund clients. In September 2012, Bobby was named President and Chief Executive Officer for Mohegan Sun. He launched his gaming career at the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority’s flagship property in Connecticut in 2001, serving as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Administration prior to becoming President and CEO of Mohegan Sun Pocono in Wilkes-Barre in 2005.
Bobby previously served as Treasurer and board member for United Way of Wyoming Valley and the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute. He also has served on the boards of directors of the Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce, Misericordia University, WVIA Public Broadcasting, Northeastern Pennsylvania Technology Institute, and the Scranton Chamber of Commerce.
