Douglas M. Fink
Chief Executive Officer

Doug is a top-producing executive who has more than 30 years of diverse financial experience in the areas of cost reduction, process improvement, company start up, acquisition, and general management. He has proven ability to minimize expenses, maximize revenue, and improve operations through fiscal management, productivity improvements, team building, and optimizing resources. A dynamic entrepreneur who exercises creativity, strategic leadership, and teamwork to develop a vision and strategy for a company, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Pennsylvania Paper & Supply Company, Sovereign Commercial Services, and other companies, managing a workforce of nearly 300 as well as multiple commercial real estate facilities.

Doug has served, or currently serves, as chair, officer or board member of the Scranton Jewish Community Center; Jewish Federation of Northeastern Pennsylvania; Jewish Home of Eastern Pennsylvania; Metroaction, Inc.; Penn State Worthington Campus: Young Presidents’ Organization Pennsylvania Chapter; and has been a volunteer pilot for the Angel Flight Organization, a provider of free transportation for disadvantaged families in need of medical treatment.

Eric M. Weinberg

Eric brings more than 12 years of financial services experience as a financial planner, registered investment advisor, and manager at various independent broker/dealers as well as several Fortune 500 insurance companies. Eric last served as a manager of financial services, a position in which he supervised 40 representatives and was responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching a team of financial services professionals.

Eric has served, or currently serves, as President of the Kiwanis Club of Scranton; President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors for both the Pennsylvania and Northeast Pennsylvania chapters; President of Temple Hesed of Scranton; board member of the Jewish Federation of Northeastern Pennsylvania; board member of the Jewish Home of Eastern, Pennsylvania; and Treasurer of Jewish Family Services of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

A graduate of Keene State College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism, Eric currently is pursuing an MBA degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Carl J Witkowski III

Carl brings over 10 years direct sales and management experience specializing in commercial banking and investment management. Carl was a top sales producer with Wachovia, Wells Fargo and PNC Banks. Carl also served as CFO for a Multi-Million dollar utility contractor serving the tri-state area where he had direct experience facing the cash flow struggles of a rapidly growing company and the limited resources available to them. Over that time Carl successfully managed production from less than 1mm to 8mm in sales over 3 years while developing several strategic partnerships with Banks and investors. Carl’s network of diverse professionals allows him to draw on our area’s greatest resource – it’s people.

Carl is passionate about the community and has served as past Board President of the Wyoming Valley Montessori School and served on the Greater Pittston YMCA Executive committee board. Carl is a Leadership Wilkes-Barre graduate and currently serves as a Board member of the NEPA Philharmonic and was a 2016 judge for the NEPA Tech Bridge Business plan competition.

Allan M. Glass

Allan is a strategic leader who performs well in multi-dimensional environments. He is adept at managing all phases of business development, from sales and marketing, operations, and finance/accounting to human resources, training, information technology, and customer satisfaction/advocacy. He is skilled at using customer feedback and data-management tools to optimize brand promise, sales, service delivery, profitability, cash optimization, and customer loyalty.

Allan has served, or presently serves, as a board member of WORD-FM radio and Mission Leader World Servants and as an adjunct instructor at Johnson College, Elizabethtown College, and Centenary College.

Allan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational development from Eastern University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University. He currently is pursuing a Doctor of Management degree from Case Western Reserve University. His technical skills include HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, VXML, JavaScript, DHMTL, VBScript, AJAZ, and SQL. Cathy Vasilev

Cathy brings more than 25 years of compliance and supervisory expertise in independent broker-dealers, wire-house broker-dealers, and RIAs. Cathy served as Assistant Vice President of Supervisory Systems and Controls at NFP Securities, an independent broker/dealer and RIA. She was an Associate Manager for Prudential, where she supervised 75 representatives, performing all compliance functions for the branch. She began her career as a stockbroker for Salomon Smith Barney and later moved to compliance and operations.

Cathy holds a Master of Business Management degree and is a member of the Association of Compliance Professionals, a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals, and a member of Compliance and AML Professionals. Her licenses include FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 26 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Principal), Series 63 (Uniform Securities State Law) and Life and Health licenses. Paul Giorgio

Since April 2012, Paul has held his Series 28 (Introducing Broker-Dealer Financial and Operations Principal) license in serving as part-time Financial Operations Principal of Ariane Capital Partners, LLC, a registered broker dealer providing fundraising services to private equity, hedge, and mutual fund managers. He monitors net capital as well as prepares internal monthly statements for the firm and required quarterly submissions to FINRA.

From 2000-2007, Paul served as Chief Financial Officer of Citco Mutual Fund Services and as Financial Operations Principal of its wholly owned subsidiary, Citco Mutual Fund Distributors. There, he was responsible for financial statement preparation for internal reporting purposes as well as reporting for external auditors. He also was responsible for the monitoring of cash and calculation and collection of receivables from the company’s mutual fund clients. As Financial Operations Principal for Citco Mutual Fund Distributors, he monitored all income and expense activities of the company and the required net capital in preparation of the quarterly FOCUS IIA reports. Robert J. “Bobby” Soper

In September 2012, Bobby was named President and Chief Executive Officer for Mohegan Sun. He launched his gaming career at the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority’s flagship property in Connecticut in 2001, serving as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Administration prior to becoming President and CEO of Mohegan Sun Pocono in Wilkes-Barre in 2005.

Bobby previously served as Treasurer and board member for United Way of Wyoming Valley and the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute. He also has served on the boards of directors of the Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce, Misericordia University, WVIA Public Broadcasting, Northeastern Pennsylvania Technology Institute, and the Scranton Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Bobby has served as Vice Chairman and member of the board of directors of Scranton Tomorrow.

A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Bobby holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served on the editorial board of the Georgia Law Review. In March 2015, Bobby was named President of MTGA, the parent entity of the Mohegan Sun family of properties, where he is responsible for management and control of nearly 20,000 employees.
